Orange and yellow label with white PARKWAY RECORDS logo lettering across top and company name across bottom, and black lettering elsewhere.

As issued on Parkway P7007 in 1962.

According to Goldmine 4th Edition Record Album Price Guide, this is the second issue of this particular Chubby Checker release. The first issue was done on the All-orange label in 1961.

The bsnpubs dot com website mentions the following about this release:

(some issues of P-7007 have reportedly used the orange label, but most issues of P-7007 have the orange and yellow label.)

Orange and yellow label with white PARKWAY RECORDS logo lettering and company name around bottom edge of label, and black lettering elsewhere.

As issued on Parkway P7020 in 1962.

In 1962, the parent company that owned both Cameo Records and Parkway Records was renamed to join both names forming Cameo-Parkway. Note the name change at the bottom of this label and the inclusion of the 1962 date.

Orange label with black logo and lettering. Note the 1960 date at the bottom.

As issued on Parkway P7004 in 1961.

I had misplaced this one and didn't expect to see a variation on the label, but the difference is there. Goldmine 4th Edition Record Album Price Guide states this particular Chubby Checker record was released in 1961 even though the date on the label says 1960. So maybe the labels were printed in 1960 with the intention of issuing the record before 1961? Or maybe Goldmine is incorrect and it was released in 1960? I don't know the answer, but thought it a good idea to post this label variation.
