Block this buyer now!

Post by heyjoe » Fri Dec 06, 2013 12:15 am

tjlunac bought an LP from me. I sent him an invoice offering media rate as an option. No communication for 19 days, at least 4 more invoices sent, and an unpaid item case opened. THEN, he says he was waiting to buy MORE ITEMS to "fill the box". I politely told him I had no interest in waiting for him to find more items and the best I could do was cancel the transaction. But NO, he wanted the item and the media rate. The flurry of emails I just got are so full of jargon and crazy abbreviations that they are almost unintelligible. BEWARE!

Cancel the sale and block the buyer. Who has time for people that don't follow the rules?

These type of members need to be eliminated! Ebay is too lenient with buyers!

Add this idiot to the list as well - Bill Wyman, 7 Hawkins Crescent, Bristol Bristol BS32 8EL
UK Phone number 0345 0269566

Bid $152 on a 45 and nothing since. I usually cancel bids from zero feedback buyers and ask them to contact me but this prick sniped it at the last second.

What are the chances of it being THE Bill Wyman? I doubt it as with the interweb I was able to google map his house. I also have his phone number and address AND will be about 30 minutes from where he lives in September. The temptation to knock on his door and ask for the cash is over-whelming.

That's awesome. Of course, you would have to bring the album, play the odds of him being home, make change in £'s etc.
Too many possible downsides.
Always looking for the odd and obscure on vinyl.

Then again, you might get to meet Bill Wyman!
