The Supremes A Go-Go - signatures on back?

Post by gigimorales » Wed Dec 14, 2011 3:47 am

Did some research and found The Supremes A Go-Go signed on the front cover, but the signatures I have are on the back. - Can't tell if that's how it was sold or if the signatures are real. Help?

Hey gigimorales,

There are no signatures on my copy of the record.... Matrix numbers are stamped #'s (tr4m-3670-1) in the deadwax.... I can't help you with the verification of signatures but for the most part, signed covers downgrade the value of the record... I hope the info helps and welcome to the Record Collectors guild...

P.S. My LP is Motown # 649 dated 1966...

I agree with John. Do you have copies of their signatures to which to compare them?

Did I just read that signed covers downgrade the value of an album?????

Tell me this is a typo.

Or you meant, signed by "Billy Bob & Grandma" .
