Vinyl Vac

Post by hrtshpdbox » Wed Sep 13, 2017 1:56 pm

Hey, folks, any of you still out there?
Well, if so....
I noticed an item called Vinyl Vac on Amazon yesterday, essentially an attachment for a wet/dry vac that one uses on an unplugged turntable or Lazy Susan. You get the idea - a way to build a much much much cheaper VPI-type cleaner. Unfortunately, it wasn't engineered to use for 45's, and I wrote the owner. Guess what - today, partially due to my request, he's released the 45 version! So I've purchased it and I'll let you know how it works out (assuming you're still out there).

Thanks for posting something, hrtshpdbox. Any action on this board is a welcome sight.

I'm also interested to hear more about this Vinyl Vac thing.
