Been a coon's age since i saw a pair, but those (early 80s i think?) big Technics honeycomb disc
loudspeakers were magnificent... and looked kinda indestructible, might I add. Damn things are still on my wish-list!

I have 3 pair of vintage Sansui floor speakers but they would cost a TON to ship to Florida. They weigh about 50lbs each or more.

If want a pair or really good vintage speakers, then Japan is not the place that made them. In the 1950 and 60's, the Brits were making the best kit of all. Not sure, but probably a bit on the rare side in the 'States, but I'd be looking for a pair of Leak Sandwich speakers.
