For some reason I haven't quite been able to let this one go. I still haven't found anything pre 5118 or anything after 5134. Maybe we can fill in a few of the blanks.

Apparently the Michael Rupli book about Chess Records lists the EP discography and it actually starts at 5118 and gives titles only.
The missing ones are
5130 Freddie and Flo
5135 Steve Alaimo
5136 Moms Mabley
5138 Moms Mabley
So the series ended at 5138 and for some reason he misses 5133 completely

Ok updated list. You were right Keith, this is kind of a boring little discography. From what I've seen the musical EPs are in the most (only) demand. The Head Over Heals sleeve on 5118 seems to be the rarer of the two. The Rays seems to be the winner as far as value. I'd seen at least one instance of it selling near $1,000.

A few notable exceptions from the period?
Bobby Charles, The Flamingos and Dale Hawkins.

5118 Chuck Berry, After School Session-1957 School Days/ Wee Wee Hours// Brown Eyed Hansome Man/ Too Much Monkey Business
*also released as Head Over Heals with Alt. sleeve

5120 The Rays, The Rays- 1958 How Long Must I Wait/ Second Fiddle// Tippity Top/ Moo-goo-gai-pan
5121 Chuck Berry, Sweet Little Sixteen- 1958 Sweet Little Sixteen/Rockin' At The Philharmonic/ Reelin' and Rockin'/ Guitar Boogie
5122 The Moonglows, Look It's The Moonglows- 1958 Love Is A River/ Ten Commandments of Love// Blue Velvet/ Mean Old Blues
5123 The Moonglows, Look It's The Moonglows (Vol. 2)- 1958 This Love/ Penny Aracade// I'll Stop Wanting You/ Sweeter Than Words

Wow, good detective work scot & ks!

I suppose the only one I can add is the Howlin' Wolf jukebox EP I posted in another thread recently, although I know it doesn't really fit in with this list.

7-LPS-1469 (P4LS-4870) Howlin' Wolf - Shake For Me / Spoonful / Going Down Slow / Who's Been Talkin' / Tell Me / Down In The Bottom (1962)

Has anyone come across any other Chess jukebox titles? I certainly haven't.
