Welcome to the Guild Gerry. Classical LP's vary in price from worthless to valuable. Unfortunately they tend to be toward the worthless end of the scale. These were never officially banned by the US or any state government. Most were dropped or covered with paper or stickers in the offending places by big retailers to prevent any customer complaints. Drummer and actor Mickey Jones has died at age 76 after a long illness. He played drums for Trini Lopez in the 50's. Jim Rodford of Argent - Kinks - Zombies

Bassist Jim Rodford has passed at age 76 after tumbling down a flight of stairs. He was a founding member of Argent, then spent 18 years with the Kinks, and finally spent the last 14 years with the Zombies. R.I.P.

Ray Thomas - Moody Blues

I just heard that Ray Thomas, founding member of the Moody Blues, passed away on January 4th at the age of 76. The Moody Blues are finally getting inducted to the R&R Hall of Fame in April. R.I.P., his flute solo on "Nights in White Satin" will live on forever. :(
